How to register for the Conference
Register online or by downloading and completing a registration form which should be sent with payment to: the CI, 18 Jeffries Passage, Guildford, GU1 4AP, UK. Fee does NOT include accommodation.
Conference Materials only
Participants will be given online access to all conference papers in an electronic format. If you are unable to attend but would like to purchase these materials at £200 Sterling, please contact Isabelle Porri, Finance & Administration Manager (phone: +44 1483 510470 or email: CI@cobaltinstitute.org.)
Admittance & Payment
On-site registrants with payment will be admitted on a space available basis. Payments should be made by Visa/MasterCard/American Express or by direct transfer to our account.
We have secured special rates at the hotel – see Hotel page for details.
DELEGATES SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN RESERVATIONS DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL USING THE LINK PROVIDED. DO NOT SEND HOTEL RESERVATIONS TO THE CI.
Registration fees are refundable subject to a 10% service charge if cancellation is made by 27 April 2020, no refunds will be made after that date. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge. The CI reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will in such event make a full refund of the registration fee. Any other refunds will be made at the discretion of the management.
No liability is assumed by the CI for changes in programme content.
