Cobalt Downstream Engagement Group

The Cobalt Downstream Engagement Group (DEG) is Cobalt Institute’s platform that connects downstream users with the broader cobalt supply chain, fostering a shared understanding of industry dynamics and encouraging ongoing dialogue and collaboration.

The DEG brings together Cobalt Institute members with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), battery and electronics manufacturers, and other downstream users of cobalt and cobalt-containing products in meetings on a variety of topics of concern to the cobalt value chain. It is free for interested parties and takes place on an ad hoc basis.
