Webinar on US EPA IRIS Assessment of Cobalt
The Cobalt Institute is pleased to invite you to our upcoming Webinar on the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Assessment of Cobalt on the 7th of March at 9am EST.
In June 2022 the EPA officially announced the assessment of cobalt under EPA’s IRIS. The Cobalt Institute provided data in the public consultation that ended in December 2022 and participated in the Science Webinar on 11th January. The Cobalt Institute is now preparing for the next steps associated with the IRIS assessment including holding a webinar to inform the industry about the assessment.
During the Webinar, the Cobalt Institute will give an overview about all important developments on IRIS with regards to cobalt. This includes the potential impact of the assessment on the cobalt industry, the science behind it and next steps
